Molly Mosby
Drill Team, Pom, Dance Instructor/ Choreographer
Molly Mosby entered the world of dance at the age of 11. From a young age, her passion for creativity and fellowship is what has fueled her dance career for so many years. Molly found her love for teaching during her time leading her 3 time national champion team, the Rockwall Heath Highsteppers as a Senior Lieutenant.
After her high school career, Molly moved on to join the Tyler Junior College Apache Belles where she studied many styles of dance including: kick, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, musical theatre, lyrical, tap, and clog. Through her time as a Belle, Molly was awarded the position of Dance Captain and Elite team member, and was given the opportunity to travel the world with her team and perform at many notable venues including the Houston Thanksgiving Day Parade, professional soccer games in Costa Rica, and as a guest performer on Royal Carribean Cruise Ships.
Molly completed her college career at Southern Methodist University, where she graduated with honors with her B.A. in Strategic Brand Management. While at SMU, Molly was able to choreograph and train in styles of dance unique to the south such as: boot dancing, pro-style pom, and gameday jazz. During her time at SMU, Molly was chosen by her teammates as Rookie of the Year, and granted the position of Co-Captain of her team, who went on to win a NCA/NDA College Nationals Championship in the D1 Gameday division.
Through college, Molly was able to hone her choreography and teaching skills as a member of Crowd Pleasers Dance Company. Molly is serving her fifth year as a senior staff member and Assistant Contest Director, and has had the opportunity to teach and choreograph for over 30 schools in Texas, as well as assist many notable choreographers and dancers. She is incredibly thankful for her wonderful mentors, teachers, students, friends and family that give her endless energy, and her love for dancing.
